Neeley WellsOperations and Leasing At UDP, our goal is to offer beautifully constructed, healthy buildings that will appeal to great long-term tenants. To accomplish this, we know the importance of being strategic about long-term maintenance requirements. Neeley Wells, along with Michelle Schaefle, ensures that there are systems in place for taking care of the buildings and the needs of our tenants. Neeley also leases both retail and residential spaces in our new buildings.
Neeley coordinates our Neighborhood and Community Outreach program. She connects with individual neighbors, neighborhood associations, nearby businesses, business associations, charitable organizations, and the City of Portland. With her depth of knowledge and her enthusiasm for our local community, she is our go-to contact for community members or business owners hoping to learn more about our projects. Neeley also lends her expertise when we consider potential new acquisitions, evaluate architectural designs, and develop proposals for redevelopments and new construction. Born and raised in Portland, Neeley graduated from Cleveland High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Whitman College and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Lewis and Clark College. Neeley and her family now live in Mt. Tabor, and her daughter is enjoying her education at nearby Sunnyside Environmental School. |
