Current and Future Projects

From the start, we have been designing and building on behalf of Portland residents who want to experience living and working in the urban core.  All of our buildings offer proximity to public transit, restaurants, markets, theaters, and other neighborhood-serving local establishments. These are lively, interactive buildings that are part of the community, and we are pleased that they have filled quickly with tenants who share our love of urban living. We are also proud to be contributing well-constructed, environmentally sensitive structures—built according to our stated mission and company values—that will last for multiple generations.

We manage all of our properties in-house. This means we have our hand on the pulse of each building, and we can provide extraordinary customer service and maintenance.
