HAYSTACK HEIGHTS is a Townhouse cohousing Community located in Spokane’s South Perry District. Founded by a group of individuals from the Spokane Region, haystack heights SEEKS to promote social and environmental sustainability in a multigenerational community setting.
Completed in Fall 2021, Haystack Heights is a 39-unit condominium cohousing project located on a three-acre property in Spokane’s South Perry District. The community consists of 32 new construction townhomes and flats ranging from approximately 850 to 1,470 square feet and seven newly renovated existing homes. Shared community amenities include a Club House incorporating a great room with a gourmet kitchen, lounge, laundry rooms, and guest rooms for visitors. The community also offers on-site parking spaces and parking garages to members.
