Formed in 2006, Urban Development Partners is a real estate acquisition and development company that recognizes the generational impact of our work. We believe that effective and ethical development requires deep engagement with the neighborhoods and communities where we build. We focus on building and holding urban, transit-oriented housing and recognize that our buildings will be part of the urban form and landscape for generations.
