Zenefits is our online HR portal where employees can download their W2s, update their address if they move, manage their direct deposit bank account details, upload receipts for their FSA transactions… the list goes on. Your offer letter was sent via Zenefits and when you accepted our offer letter you created your employee Zenefits account. It’s important to remember that your access is set up with your personal email address, not your UDP email. This is intentional so you will always have access to your UDP employment info, even if your career path takes you elsewhere.
