We purchased LYRA with our K-Street Commons property in 2014.

Lyra is a mixed-use residential project located in Northeast Portland’s vibrant Vernon neighborhood, within close proximity to a mix of restaurants and retail. Designed to complement neighboring “sister” property K-Street Commons, Lyra was delivered in September 2020 and features three floors of residential above ground-floor retail.

Lyra’s program includes 39 residences, eight of which are affordable to households earning up to 60% of Portland’s median family income through a partnership with the City of Portland Housing Bureau. Ground-floor retail dividable into two to three spaces ranging from approximately 1,100 to 1,400 SF is available for lease.
