SUNNY FRANKS
REGIONAL MANAGER

As Regional Manager, Sunny comes with 15+ years of property management experience.  She has worked with a variety of assets and specializes in new build, mixed use developments, which includes managing retail and commercial spaces.    She has spent the last 10 years focused on building, repositioning and managing numerous asset types from single family, to midrise and high-rise multi-family.  Sunny has a dedicated focus on process improvement and efficiency to ensure that the asset performs at the highest level.

Sunny is a graduate of the University of Missouri.  She started her property management career in the Kansas City Metro area and has worked building and managing real estate in a multitude of markets nationally including the Mid-West, South, West Coast and PNW.  In her free time, Sunny enjoys traveling to beach front locations and spending time with her friends and family.
