REMINDER: 2022 Annual Meeting and Investor Happy Hour - October 12

Our Annual Meeting and Investor Happy Hour are coming up on October 12. If you wish to attend but haven’t had a change to register, please take a moment to RSVP.

This year’s Annual Meeting presenters will include UD+P Co-Founder and Principal Eric Cress, Portfolio Director Julia Albano, as well as Chief Operating Officer Sarah Zahn.

Eric will highlight overall market trends including new opportunities as well as challenges facing our real estate investments in the context of recent interest rate increases and other macro factors. He will also provide an update on UD+P’s investment strategy, which will include a forecast of capital events and a portfolio-wide property status update.

As leader of our operations team, Julia will present a market overview and share our portfolio performance in context, highlighting our multifamily, retail and office properties. Leading our development efforts, Sarah will present on our assets that are currently in our pre-development pipeline, under construction or stabilizing. Sarah will also provide an overview of hospitality market trends and update you on the status and performance of our Hotel Grand Stark project.

construction Progress updates

550 SE MLK - PORTLAND, OR
CENTRAL EASTSIDE

Since kicking off construction at 550 SE MLK in July, we have been making progress on site work. In September, we began excavation work and installation of foundation piles. In October, we’ll be continuing excavation work for our basement, underground parking and building foundation.

LUELLA - SACRAMENTO, CA
MIDTOWN

Luella’s construction is progressing on schedule. We began framing the ground floor in September. In October, we will wrap up first floor framing and will begin work on second and third floor framing.

NORTHWEST PORTLAND

In September, Portland Monthly featured two Àlmr restaurant / retail tenants in its Eat and Drink reviews and top picks.

Scottie’s Pizza is among the contenders for Portland’s Best Pizza. As shared in our August newsletter, Scottie's is expanding to a second location at Àlmr, with plans to open by the end of the year.

In Nine Wine Bars Where We Love to Raise a Glass, Bar Diane is lauded as one of Portland’s best wine bars. Drop in for a glass of wine or a cocktail in their private outdoor patio, or enjoy the cheerful yet classy vibe at the bar and indoor dining area.
